Solera Beverage Group is an independent import, marketing, sales and distribution group of companies within the Nordic Beverage Market. Since 2002 Solera has been successfully operating and representing a number of major international brand owners.
The group is 76% owned by a private equity company based in Sweden called CapMan. CapMan is one of the leading private equity firms in the Nordic countries and Russia, with assets under management of €3.4 billion.
Operating within the Solera Group Norway are four uniquely different wine and spirit import companies, a BCS import company and logistics / finance through Cuveco. In Sweden the PrimeWine Group consists of four subsidiaries, PrimeWine Sweden AB, MondoWine AB, BGS Vinhandel AB and PrimeWine Norway AS. In Finland the group consists of Stella Wines & Quantum Wines. We are 100+ employees in total.
