March 31, 2023 | We are pleased to announce that Hansa Borg & Solera Beverage Group (part of Royal Unibrew Group) has entered into a long-term agreement to extend its partnership with Diageo to include all products in Diageo’s spirits portfolio for the Norwegian market.
Hansa Borg & Solera Beverage Group already has a partnership agreement with Diageo for sale, distribution, and marketing of Diageo’s ready-to-drink portfolio in Norway. By extending the agreement Hansa Borg & Solera Beverage Group strengthens its position as a multi-beverage business in the Norwegian beverage market with an even stronger portfolio to offer customers in On-Trade and Vinmonopolet.

The agreement will take effect from July 1, 2023. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial value of the contract.
Diageo has been a trusted partner of Hartwall, Royal Unibrew’s Finnish business, for years. The partnership will now be extended to Norway.
